Leah Kurth is an illustrator and adjunct professor based in St Louis, Missouri, whose work explores character, color, and whimsy. With concepts based in wonder, nature, and discovery, she works to promote kindness and honesty, the nobility of the everyday, and striving for excellence.
Leah was trained in fine art and design at Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato, Minnesota, and in Spanish language and culture at Centro de Lenguas Modernas - Universidad de Granada. She holds an MFA in Illustration and Visual Culture from Washington University in St. Louis, where she also served as an Assistant in Instruction. She teaches graphic design and illustration courses at St Charles Community College in Cottleville, Missouri.
